At Forvr Monae, every order is handled with care and intention. We want your order to arrive safely and within the timeframe outlined below. Because many of our pieces are custom-made, a little planning goes a long way.

Shipping Address Accuracy

To ensure proper delivery, please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout, including correct abbreviations and spacing.

  • If we experience difficulty verifying your address, our customer service team may reach out for clarification

  • If we are unable to reach you after multiple contact attempts, your order may be canceled and fully refunded

If you realize that you entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • If your order was placed over the weekend, please reach out first thing the next business day

  • While we’ll do our best to accommodate address changes, Forvr Monae is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect information provided at checkout.

Processing & Shipping Timeframes

Please note that delivery timelines begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed.

Custom (Forvr Bespoke) Wigs

Our Forvr Bespoke Wigs are custom-made and custom-colored specifically for you.

  • Processing time: 7–14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • This includes customization, coloring, construction, and final quality checks

  • Once your wig ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email the same day

✨ Because each unit is made to order, custom wigs are not ready-to-ship.

Ready-To-Ship Wigs & Hair Products

For Ready-To-Ship Wigs and hair products:

  • Orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • During busy seasons (launches, sales, or holidays), processing may take slightly longer

  • If there’s a noticeable delay, we’ll keep you informed via email

Shipping Within the United States

We ship nationwide using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after processing

Rush Orders

Need your wig sooner?

  • Rush service is available for custom orders

  • Please email contact@forvrmonae.com before placing your order so discuss and confirm your request

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear

Address Issues & Undeliverable Packages

  • We are unable to replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

  • If a package is returned due to an address issue or missed delivery attempts, we’re happy to reship your order; reshipping fees will apply

Delivered but Not Received / Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as “Delivered” but you have not received it:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation

  • Forvr Monae is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Refunds or replacements are not issued for packages confirmed as delivered

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll gladly assist

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide, including Canada, the UK, South Africa, and the Bahamas.

  • International delivery typically takes 7 or up to 15 business days after shipment, depending on destination and customs processing

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country

Pre-Orders & Backorders

If your order includes pre-order or backorder items:

  • Your order will ship once all items are available

  • We’ll keep you updated with estimated ship dates along the way
